A new Approach
We have adopted modern business principles into a fairly disorganized market place. This means we have systematized our processes to offer the most even and level overall service. This begins at the point that you first request a quotation right through to final sign-off and invoicing.
We have developed a database that allows us to track in real time the status of a job. This website, for example, allows you real time to access all of our current insurances, method statements ad so forth.
Our staff are neat and presentable at all times and courteous to all members of the public. They are aware that when on site they not only represent us, but also represent you.
We fix problems in an immediate fashion and welcome feedback good or bad. If you are not happy with any level of the service we offer we endeavor to quickly rectify any issue you have.

An immediate answer/solution
We are aware of the deep frustration many customers have as to timely resolution of their specific cleaning needs. We are yet to find a building that we cannot come up with a prompt solution. Generally speaking we will visit your site within two business days, and come back with our recommendations by no later than three business days after your initial request
We try to work with you, and appreciate any input you may have. Where as traditional window cleaners tend to stay within the comfort zone of their experience, our range of services allow us to combine different techniques to find the most appropriate solution for you. In may cases this will be the combination of several different techniques.
When submitting a proposal or quotation we will make you aware of the methodology we intend to use, and why we feel it is the most appropriate course of action to take.
We will also make you aware of any problems we have encountered and suggest possible ways of resolving these issues.
Standardized Pricing
Here at Oz Cleaning Services, we have taken out the guess-work of pricing jobs. The majority of window cleaners use the rule of thumb, we use a pricing matrix: This means that you can expect a standardization of pricing across your portfolio and know that you have the most competitive price at all times.
Our matrix has the following inputs:
- Unit size of surfaces to be cleaned.
- Height and Access
- Service to be carried out
- Technique(s) to be used
- Estimated hours to complete
- Non standard equipment or products required.
This information is then cross-referenced with our database of similar buildings to verify.
This means the price we give you is accurate- whether it ends up being the highest or lowest quote you receive, which results in you receiving the actual service you have requested without the cutting of any corners.
The cheapest quote is not always the best, as it may reflect unrealistic demands on the operator that nearly always leads to the job being carried out to an unsatisfactory level of finish.
On time every time
There is nothing worse than a a cancellation or no-show. We will always be on site at the time and date specified. The same applies for meetings and quotations and the delivery of information.
If poor weather does not allow us to carry out our work, we will give you warning where possible, or inform you on that day, and make an immediate re-scheduling. Given the technology we use, light rain and showers do not hinder our work
Our business operates seven days week, and we will always endeavour to carry out work at a time that suits you and your business needs.
Health and Safety
The health and safety of those around us and our own technicians, is paramount to Oz Cleaning Services. This means at the time of quotation a detailed plan is established to fully adhere both to our internal requirements and any site specific issues.
This may be as simple as timing the cleaning of doorways and entrances to outside normal business hours up to the erection of barriers and traffic control. Each job is determined by its own specific requirements. Customers can request at any time our specific report for any or all of their buildings.
We have virtually eliminated any work at height issues for buildings sub six stories by our use of Water-fed poles: these ultra light carbon fiber poles, along with pure water allow our technicians to operate from the safety of the ground largely eliminating the use of ladders. When dealing with higher work, whether that be by use of lifting equipment, abseiling or building maintenance units the appropriate harness systems are used at all times. When working at height all our equipment is secured by lanyards.
Our technicians are always dressed in high-vis workwear and appropriate footwear, along with being provided with safety headwear and eyewear to be used when necessary. All our vehicles carry first-aid kits, and our staff are trained in basic first-aid.
